4.15pm: Well, not hugely convincing from England but they've put up a solid enough total. To put it into perspective, Pakistan have never scored more than 209 in ODIs against England - so this will be a stiff ask. But they'll be pleased at having not let England get away, the spinners picking up all nine wickets to fall while keeping things tight. Join Vish again in half an hour for the chase

Here's a word with Alice Capsey at halfway: "There was a bit of wind around, pretty cold. Thought the pitch played quite nicely, maybe on the lower side. But played pretty well. We've spoken a lot over the last 12 months about my tempo in ODI cricket. Was pleased with how I went about it, pretty low risk. Happy to get some runs. In T20 I'm comfortable, but I haven't played that much 50-over cricket. You've got to adapt your game a lot more and that's what I was happy with. About doing the basics well and that's what I want to build my ODI game on."

Nashra Sandhu to Bell, no run, fired into the pads with Bell swinging for the hills again. Finishes with a dot, and England nine down

Nashra Sandhu to Bell, no run, pushed through outside off, Bell swings hard and misses... or did she? The keeper has suggested Pakistan should review this. Big old are shot, looks like she missed it by a long way. In fact, Anna Harris isn't even going to use UltraEdge, she's so confident Bell missed this!

Nashra Sandhu to Bell, 1 run, dropped! Floated up wide of the stumps and Bell hacks it merrily over mid-off, should be taken on the run by Fatima, but she shells it

Nashra Sandhu to Glenn, 3 runs, Glenn walks down, pinged over extra cover! Fatima does well running across from long-off to prevent four, with Baig backing her up

Nashra Sandhu to Glenn, 2 runs, moves across her stumps early and aims a swipe to leg. They get two to fine leg as Najiha gives chase

Nashra is back for the final over

Umm-e-Hani to Cross, OUT, goes long, goes home! Cross looks to launch again but it's catching practice for long-on. Positive intent again but didn't really get hold of the shot (nevermind hitting it straight to where a fielder is). England tottering towards the finish
