Multan's bowling was good. They started well with a wicket and kept things tight. The variations were on point and the spinners, who gave it a lot of air, did well in the middle overs. The bowling in the second half and at the death was met with flashing blades and that got them a few wickets but cost runs. It was a decent performance nonetheless.

Karachi's innings started with Babar's loss early and Sharjeel failed to get going. The pressure fell on Joe Clarke and he struggled too. Both batters got going but got out soon. But Rohail, Nabi, and Imad all chipped in with a few boundaries and took the score over 170 which may be 10 below par but it could have been worse.

The effect it's had on the dew is uncertain even though the dew levels have been low. 9:16 pm: After a frustrating first ten overs where Karachi barely got going despite trying to, they managed to get 107 off the back ten to take it to 174. Multan's spinners did well in the middle overs but Imad and Nabi got a few boundaries at the death and took the target to 175. Will that be enough? We'll find out in a bit.
