8:40pm A very eventful innings, which was filled with stroke-play throughout. Baig and Fakhar got them off to a belligerent start. Both of them perished inside the powerplay but Hope ensured that the momentum was not lost in the middle. Towards the end, they struggled a touch, with Wiese and Rashid not getting into their groove. Raza, though, showed just why he is such an important part of this line up, producing a 16-ball 32 that has taken the Qalandars up to 198.

The Gladiators might not be very happy with how many runs they conceded, although they would be pleased with how they contained the opposition in the second half of their innings. Hasnain, in particular, was superb at the death, with Qais also picking up a couple of crucial wickets in the middle overs. 198 is not an easy total to hunt down but the Gladiators, especially with the firepower at their disposal, might fancy their chances here. Do join us in a bit for the run-chase!

Shai Hope: I have enjoyed my time here so far. I thought it was a better pitch than last time. We have a decent score on the board and hopefully we can defend it. Always nice to share my experience (with the youngsters). (On his rivalry with Smith) Unfortunately he got me today but hopefully I can get him next time. 198 is a very challenging total to get.

Mohammad Hasnain to Sikandar Raza, FOUR, does not get the six that takes them to 200 but finds the fence! Slower delivery on a back of a length on off stump. Raza changes his shot three times before upper cutting on his fourth attempt. Sarfaraz throws out his right mitt at it but can't hold on, and he can't stop the boundary either!

Six runs to get to 200. Can Raza finish off this innings in style?

Naseem Shah to Sikandar Raza, 2 runs, yorker on leg stump. Raza gives himself a bit of room and flicks it towards deep square leg for another brace

Looks like Bangalzai, who fielded that ball, might have jammed his knee into the turf

Naseem Shah to Rashid Khan, 1 run, slower bumper outside off stump. Rashid gets on top of the bounce and drags it towards deep mid wicket for one

Right. Two overs left. How many can the Qalandars get from here? Is 200 still on the cards? Naseem to bowl the penultimate over

Mohammad Hasnain to Rashid Khan, no run, dug into the track outside off stump. Rashid decides that he wants to duck underneath it and does so relatively comfortably

Right. The Qalandars have lost a bit of momentum lately. Can Rashid Khan arrest this slide, and get them to 200?

Mohammad Hasnain to Wiese, OUT, flattens middle stump! Full and slanted into middle and off stump. Wiese is caught on the crease and has a waft at it. The ball tails back in very late, breezes past the bat and uproots middle stump! What a sight that is for any fast bowler!
