That's it after a remarkable day in Lahore. See you guys soon, thanks for joining us!

"Congraulations to the team," beams Shaheen. "Thanks to the crowd. I wanted to go out and play for a few overs, which is why I went out to bat early. Sometimes you lose early wickets, but as a team you need to support each other. Which Sikandar Raza and Rashid Khan proved very well. We were aiming to bowl length and not to do too much different."

Sikandar Raza is the Player of the Match, of course. He's also won a whole host of other awards. (Non-alcoholic) drinks had better be on him. "I didn't think batting slowly and posting 110 was going to win us the game," he says. "I wanted to give our bowlers something to bowl to. And when we put up 148 I knew we'd done a good job." Praises Rashid, too.

"I think we run well, we understand each other well. Because we're both pretty innovative with our shotmaking as well we know we're going to find enough boundaries. I think there was variable bounce, and there was a lot of natural variation. Credit to the bowlers to restrict Quetta on that track. Incredible effort."

Lots of you have made the entirely reasonable point that it might be time to move on from Sarfaraz. Looking at him, it almost feels like it'd be a relief for him, too. He looks particularly burdened at the moment.

"We bowled well in the first ten, and then letting them score 150 was pretty poor," a disappointed Sarfaraz says. "The bowling was poor at that stage, and then after the Powerplay, we stalled between overs 5-10. We scored only 10 runs in those five overs and allowed them back into it."

Fiaz Laghari: "I have made a habit of guessing Man of the Match correctly and today my guess is Sikandar Raza :) let's see if I'm correct again " I keep telling everyone water is wet and keep being proved right. Not sure why people don't appreciate my wisdom either

Eve: "All hail King Raza". Most certainly. An unbeaten 71 off 34 balls, while the other 116 balls saw 77 scored. One of the great PSL counter-attacking knocks, and one that mght yet get them a sensational victory. "We would have taken this target at the start," points out Naveen-ul-Haq, eager not to lose perspective.

Well, let's see what the batters do about it. Join us again in a few minutes, and Alan will take you through the opening passages of this chase.

Umaid Asif to Sikandar Raza, 1 run, OUT, they needed two there, but Zaman Khan's been run-out at the non-striker's end. The two was on, but I don't think Zaman was alert enough to appreciate the urgency. Ends up well short, and this Lahore innings finally comes to an end

Zaman Khan run out 0 (18m 6b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Umaid Asif to Sikandar Raza, SIX, oh my, what a classically beautiful shot that is. It's not the best ball, a half-volley outside off, but he gets underneath it so well. Slapped back down the ground for a six

Mohd Irshad: "Naveen?? It was really a bad throw." Ah yes, that's fair

Naveen-ul-Haq to Sikandar Raza, 1 run, and farms the strike with a prod into the offside. Outstanding T20 batting
18.5
4
Naveen-ul-Haq to Sikandar Raza, FOUR, this is in the slot, and gets the treatment it deserves. Set himself up for that slot length, and slapped it through the offside for yet another four
18.4
4
Naveen-ul-Haq to Sikandar Raza, FOUR, another slower ball that's flat-batted over extra cover for four more. This was an unconventional shot, but how well did he time and place it
18.3

Naveen-ul-Haq to Sikandar Raza, no run, slogged to cow corner, and opts against taking the single
18.2
2
Naveen-ul-Haq to Sikandar Raza, 2 runs, slower ball that goes up a mile - or a kilometre and a bit for fans of the metric system. He smeared that up into the air and scurried back for two. It should have been a straightforward run-out, but Naveen can't collect properly. They're struggling to finish the Qalandars off

Naveen-ul-Haq to Sikandar Raza, no run, a bit too full. It was a proper half-volley, but Raza plays down the wrong line. He's annoyed with himself

Isaac Marshall: "Odear Smith"

Smith to Zaman Khan, no run, this is dangerously wide outside off stump, but perhaps just within the line. A peeved Sarfaraz collects
17.6

Smith to Zaman Khan, 1 wide, and yet again. A wide down leg, the fourth this over. Nine balls this over and only one run off the bat scored
17.6
1w
Smith to Zaman Khan, 1 wide, sent down leg for another wide. The irritation grows on Sarfaraz's face
17.5

Smith to Zaman Khan, no run, another slower bouncer. Extremely slow, 102 kph. Tried to chop it into the offside but misses completely
17.5
1w
Smith to Zaman Khan, 1 wide, this is a no-ball on height. Perhaps a touch lucky to get that call
17.4
0
Smith to Zaman Khan, no run, tries to carve it over deep point, but it's another swing and miss
17.3
0
Smith to Zaman Khan, no run, banged in short and fizzes past Zaman's gloves
17.2
1
Smith to Sikandar Raza, 1 run, another smear into the onside, and this time, when there's only one on, Sikandar takes it! A bit of odd running going on at the moment
17.2
1w
Smith to Sikandar Raza, 1 wide, too wide outside off
17.1

Smith to Sikandar Raza, no run, lost his shape completely trying to clobber that over midwicket

Saaib Uppal: "terrible decision by sikandar to take the single on the no ball"

Naseem Shah to Zaman Khan, no run, nudged into the onside, but this time they don't take a run when they could easily have taken to. A couple of poor running judgments from Raza this over, but at least he's on strike now
16.5
0
Naseem Shah to Zaman Khan, no run, banged in on a length, and Zaman nearly feathered this to the keeper. One ball for Naseem to finish this off before Raza gets on strike again. Oh, they review for a potential nick through!. It's not out.

Zed: "Shame on espn for publishing politicized commentry on cricket website. Pathetic professionalism! " Bla bla bla

Naseem Shah to Haris Rauf, OUT, squares him up nicely, and Haris edges it to Sarfaraz. That would work in any format for a tail-ender, and now the Gladiators are one-wicket away from cleaning up the Qalandars

Naseem Shah to Haris Rauf, no run, heaves at it and misses. Gladiators get away with one here
16.3
2nb
Naseem Shah to Sikandar Raza, (no ball) 1 run, rib high full toss wallops Raza and it's a no-ball. They take the single, which is odd, because it leaves Rauf with the free hit ball

Naseem Shah to Sikandar Raza, no run, punched crisply into the offside, but straight to a fielder
