END OF OVER:
20 | 10 Runs | KK: 164/6 | RR: 8.20

  • Aamer Yamin23 (11b)
  • Imad Wasim30 (20b)
  • Dwaine Pretorius4-0-39-0
  • Naveen-ul-Haq4-0-43-1

Karachi would have liked to get a few more runs in the last five overs. Aamir Yamin was striking the ball exceptionally well and didn't waste any time on the crease and raced to 23 off 11. Aimal Khan bowled better today and seems like he is getting used to the pressure of playing in high-profile tournaments. Mohammad Nawaz was deadly accurate with his canny off-spin. Shoaib Malik struggled a lot and couldn't get going, ending up miscuing a skier to long-on against Nawaz and the star of the show for Karachi Kings was Adam Rossington who entertained the crowd royally in his 69-run-knock that was laced with 10 fours and one maximum

JOYDEEP GILL: "Wade , tayyab , Akram , Malik , Fuller made 33 runs within 44 balls definitely this restricted KK from 184 runs "

Noumi: "Karachi are only lacking some good bowlers and power hitter opener not an anchor player"

Noumi: "For all those saying that if bobby is in Karachi the results are different. For those check last year results "

Rahman D: "RCB is 154 in 18 overs and KK is 154 in 19 overs. What a coincidence between them except 1 over."

Aftab: "All signs say that Sarfraz is going to open today."

Kamran: "Almost everyone seems to disagree with @Azmat. One would assume Rvel is only posting opposing comments... but since he's given Azmat himself 3 chances to further his argument, I doubt that's the case. I think it's to do with calling Babar a mediocre batsman - no one would've minded discussing his strike rate respectfully." I try my best to publish all comments

SaraT: "when your best fielder drops 2 catches in one game, that sums up QZ's season ..!!"

Wajid Jawaid : "Interested to know Sarfaraz's reaction after those 5 wides. "

Wajid Jawaid : "Interested to know Sarfaraz's reaction after those 5 wides. "

khan: "where is the brother boasting about 180 scores for Karachi this year. i guess we are back to reality today"

DrZee: "Bowlers like naseem shah are the ones KK are missing. No Death bowling at all. I guess they should get some good bowlers next season if they want to be competitive"

Hasan: "In all honesty, I have never seen this much hate for KK as we are witnessing this season . We all know what went wrong and that is basically their self proclaimed war of words against babar. "

Basharat Khatta: "In the absence of sarfaraz, You will see different energy in these last 3 overs."

Zain: "Karachi kings with crying face saying " no we are not missing baber" hehe."

Ahmed Khan: "@Azmat I suggest u comment after some research and not totally rely on social media talks... He has the done the best he can in every field and I am baffled about ur definition of a "good captain"! Not being harsh, just told the facts in my previous 2 comments also....!! poor karachi is kingless now "

Yasser saleem: "164 on this ground is not a good total to defend especially the bowling line up KK has. Even 180 last night didn't prove to be enough on this ground. QG should win from here on"

Saleh: "Biggest mistake Karachi has made this season is playing aamer Yamin as proper bowler rather than playing him as an allrounder (batting at no.7) and adding one more genuine pacer in the lineup. Yamin can bat

Sam: "Both teams are bottom of table due to some close finishes like KK v MS or QG bottling it the other night against Lahore... its because they lack the winning mentality, belief and momentum.. sometimes having a calm head in crunch moments is needed, as Kipling wrote, "If you can keep your head, when all about you others are losing theirs""

Sarwar: "It's possible Only in Pakistan that they criticize one of the best T20 batter in world (see ranking). I am not from Pakistan, but sometimes their fan's and senior cricketer's knowledge amaze me. Thats the only reason despite having so many talents they never been a top side in the world. "

Kamran: "I don't know why people must go overboard with their criticism. Questioning Babar's strike rate is perfectly fine but when you start calling him a mediocre batsman, your argument loses all credibility."

Jawad: "We should not get heated on Babar debate. We admit that the guy's SR is low but in modern day t20, and especially for a team like Pak, we need him as our backbone when no one performs"

Parshant: "@AZMAT, in OTHER WORDS: I will choose one-handed Babar vs two-handed malik haider. you have got a delusional issue. I am sorry for that."

Nomi: "I think, PSL need to have more regional players playing for their cities, that will ensure more cricket form the heart and not just for personal records. There are good players who personal records are amazing but they are not able to convert their success into the team success often."
