Dan Lawrence's extraordinary 152 put huge runs on the board in the first innings, Simon Harmer's career-best 9 for 80 enabled the follow-on, and despite a valiant bout of resistance from Brooke Guest in particular, they were unpicked wicket by wicket in a typically wholehearted team performance.
But the champions are back up and running, an innings defeat last week, an innings win this week.
