It took a little bit of extra time, but the 2017 WSOP main event hit the money bubble late into the night on Day 3, and for the 1,084 players who bagged up, they can sleep easy knowing none of them will walk away empty-handed. At the end of the night, Patrick Lavecchia held the chip lead with 1.552 million. A trio of November Nine alumni in Antoine Saout (1.529 million), Kenny Hallaert (1.258 million) and Ben Lamb (1.016 million) each positioned themselves well for another deep main event run. Day 4 play gets underway at 11 a.m. local time, with four more days of play to go before the final table is set.
