The Bengals are re-signing RT Bobby Hart to a 3-year, $21 million deal, according to NFL Insider Adam Schefter. This would mean the entire starting offensive line from last season is likely locked up, which isn't necessarily a good thing. The unit struggled at times and the right side alone combined for 25 penalties (Hart had a team-leading 14). Hart signed with the Bengals last year on a one-year deal.
