By agreeing to terms with S Jeff Heath, the Raiders added a potential starter to go with Johnathan Abram. But both are coming off shoulder surgeries and while Abram only played one game as a rookie, Heath is coming off only the second season of his seven-year career in which he did not have an INT. Still, he does have 8 picks in 106 games, 54 starts, and was a special teams standout for Raiders ST coach Rich Bisaccia in Dallas. And it was Heath who forced the Derek Carr end-zone fumble in 2017.
