Team Secret completed a dominant run to the ESL One Katowice championship by sweeping Gambit Esports 3-0 in the grand finals on Sunday in Poland.
After dropping their first map of group play on Tuesday, Secret finished the event by winning 16 maps in a row, including all three Sunday against Gambit. It was Secret's third sweep of Gambit in four days, including once in round-robin play and again in the Upper Bracket Finals on Saturday to clinch a spot in the tournament final.
As the victors of the Dota 2 tournament, Secret receive $125,000, while second place Gambit secured $65,000 for their efforts.
Gambit had no answers for Secret, the only team to defeat them in any of their best-of-three series throughout the tournament. Gambit did split two maps with Forward Gaming on the event's first day Tuesday.
In an earlier match on Sunday, Gambit defeated OG 2-0 in the lower bracket finals. OG will receive $35,000 for their third-place finish.
