Shaun White Makes History in Men's Snowboard SuperPipe Final

Shaun White was feeling cursed at the start of his third run, but little did he know a ninth career gold medal was waiting for him at the end of the Superpipe. His title-winning, 91.66 scoring final run included back to back 1080s, which he couldn't land his first two runs of the final, McTwists, and much, much more. With the victory, White has an unprecedented back-to-back gold medal (2008 and 2009) in men's SuperPipe, which no other athlete in the history of SuperPipe in the Winter X-Games has done. His 14th career medal came with some difficulty

Dumont Flips for Gold in Ski Big Air Final

Simon Dumont flipped for the fans, and they certainly liked it. Dumont took the gold medal in the final of Ski Big Air, an event where the fans pick the winner via text message. He started off the run with a back flip, and then double back-flipped into a superman to cap it off. 76% of the voters picked him over last year's gold medallist Jon Olsson, who completed a trick he made up himself called an Olsson.

Super Bowl XIII (Steelers)
Yes the Super Bowl has come among us and well just about everyone is surprised that by believing in now the cardinals are in the super bowl representing a NFC that is much better. On the other hand the Steelers are the best of the best when you are talking about the AFC they have always had their heads in the game and beat tough opponents in Baltimore and San Diego.

AFC Championship 2009

I have to say, this game didn't mean as much to me as the NFC Championship, but I'll still write about it. I was really hoping that the Ravens would win at least, so this wouldn't be a boring Super Bowl. I hate the Steelers. I love Joe Flacco! Everyone can talk about how amazing Matt Ryan is, and Ryan is amazing, but Flacco is the quarterback who led his team to the conference championship game. He became the first rookie QB to win 2 playoff games! And he won them both on the road. Weigh in with your Super Bowl pick!

I don't know about anybody else but mike shanahan would be a great choice for the chiefs. it would be a great way to get back at the broncos for letting go of a hall of fame coach. the team needs a spark and hes a hardworking coach that will bring in great assistant coaches. look forward to at least a .500 season. its not going to be like a miami turnaround but it will gradually get better.

The one thing I am most surprised about is Shanahan in KC. They are still going to be bad. Shanahan should still be in Denver. A head coach is not going to make a difference. They need a QB,a RB,a WR And a new D. This year they should get a CB in the 1st round. And a QB in the 2nd round.

We all know the BCS sucks and how it has messed up college football. But lets face it, we are not getting a play-off soon. And Obama is not going to be able to influence anyone who can change it because they obviously tune out ESPN and all the other BCS haters and think it is great. In 2005 or something when Ronnie Brown and Aubern, Matt Lienart and USC, Jason White and Oklahoma, and LSU all deserved Championship bids, the BCS really showed how it can mess things up and have ties for #1 and fans and players screaming foul. ...
