The Chicago Cubs have activated three players from the COVID-19-related injured list.
Infielder Matt Duffy, who is hitting .125 in eight at-bats this season, came off the list Friday, and relievers Brandon Workman and Dan Winkler were activated Saturday.
The moves leave just reliever Jason Adam on the COVID list after first-base coach Craig Driver and bullpen coach Chris Young recently tested positive for the coronavirus.
Cubs manager David Ross said earlier this week that none of the players had tested positive.
In related moves, infielder Ildemaro Vargas and relievers Pedro Strop and Justin Steele were sent to the Cubs' alternate training site in South Bend, Indiana.
