After Tony Ferguson and Donald Cerrone spent two rounds of trading powerful strikes at 238, Cerrone attempted to clear his nose, which was broken, and his right eye became swollen shut. The ringside doctor wouldn't allow the fight to continue, to the dismay of both fighters and the crowd.
Here's how others on the UFC roster reacted to the decision to stop the fight after two rounds.
Damn crowd gonna riot, but that was about the only reasonable decision.

Really feel bad for both guys. Cowboy class act. Tony looks like he has tears in his eyes and is upset with himself. Both guys handling it very well. #UFC238

Not the ending we all wanted but the fight certainly delivered imo.
Took him a round to get his rhythm but Ferguson looked incredible. Relentless cardio/pressure and he's just so freaking creative!! #UFC238
