The UFC sets up the Octagon in Mexico City for the seventh time this weekend for UFC Fight Night: Moreno vs. Erceg. Former flyweight champion Brandon Moreno and title contender Steve Erceg clash in Saturday's 125-pound main event at Mexico City Arena.
Coverage begins at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN2, ESPN+ and Disney+. The main card is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
Moreno (22-8-2), a Mexico native, is 0-2-1 in the past three UFC events in his home country. He'll look to get in the win column against Erceg (12-3-0), as both fighters make their 2025 debut.
Moreno, 31, is coming off an impressive victory over Amir Albazi via unanimous decision in November 2024. Meanwhile, Erceg enters his first bout of the year on a two-fight slide. The 29-year-old Australian lost to Alexandre Pantoja in a shot at the title at UFC 301 in May 2024. Erceg then followed that unanimous decision with a knockout defeat to Kai Kara-France at UFC 305 last August.
