Draymond Green put himself near top of the list for fastest player ejections after being ejected at the 8:24 mark of the first quarter.
The Warriors forward received two technical fouls after discussing a call with a referee during the game against the Orlando Magic. Green has been ejected four times this season, the most in his career, according to ESPN Stats & Information. He's the first player to be ejected at least four times in a single season since Kevin Durant in 2017-18 (5).
It was also Green's 19th career regular-season ejection, the second most in NBA history over the past 25 seasons. He only trails Rasheed Wallace (25).
Though Green only logged just under four minutes of game time, it's still long compared to others in recent history. San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich was ejected 63 seconds into a game in 2019.
Here's a look at the fastest ejections by a player in the past 10 seasons.
Isaiah Thomas, Jan. 3, 2020
Time on the clock: 10:32 in the first quarter
The former All-Star guard made headlines for his ejection 88 seconds into a 2020 game. Replays showed that Thomas pushed a referee, sending him stumbling into fans sitting courtside. He was immediately ejected while pleading his case.
"He made physical contact with the referee,'' crew chief Mark Ayotte said in a pool report. "It was definitely just a push during the dead ball contact with the referee.''
According to Elias Sports Bureau, Thomas was the first player to be ejected in the first two minutes of an NBA game since Greg Ostertag in 2002. The NBA fined Thomas $25,000.

Green, Klay Thompson and Jaden McDaniels, Nov. 14, 2023
Time on the clock: 10:17 in the first quarter
Green was involved in a swift ejection in November 2023. After a fight between Thompson and McDaniels, the Warriors forward found himself booted after putting Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert in a headlock.
The altercation resulted in a five-game suspension for Green, while Thompson and McDaniels were fined.
Eric Bledsoe, April 4, 2019
Time on the clock: 9:24 in the first quarter
An aggressive game of catch with Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid sent Bledsoe to the locker room early.
Bledsoe pushed Embiid in the back after a made basket who then reacted by tossing the ball at Bledsoe. The then-Milwaukee Bucks guard retaliated, tossing the ball and hitting Embiid's chest. Bledsoe had a simple reaction postgame to his ejection.

Rudy Gobert, Dec. 6, 2018
Time on the clock: 9:13 in the first quarter
After picking up his second foul early in the game, Gobert hit a bottle off the scorer's table in frustration. The "stupid reaction," according to the then-Utah Jazz center, resulted in a quick ejection.
At the time, Gobert was the only player to be ejected in the first three minutes of a game over the past 15 seasons.
