Spin: Toney joined the Browns' active roster for the first time this year ahead of Sunday's loss to the Saints, taking one carry for minus-7 yards across just six offensive snaps. The 2021 first-round pick from Florida took the spot of Jaelon Darden, who was a healthy scratch in Week 11.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: A midseason acquisition from the Giants in 2022 who showed a spark for the eventual champion Chiefs, fueling chatter that he could develop into the team's top field-stretching receiver in 2023, Toney instead became one of the year's biggest flops. He committed five drops on 37 total targets (two of which led to interceptions), committed a disastrous offsides penalty in Week 14, and was ultimately a healthy scratch for the Super Bowl. Injuries also cost Toney four games, bringing his career total to 19 absences in three seasons. Then, the team drafted speedster Xavier Worthy in April. Toney's downside seems to exceed his upside at this point, diminishing his late-round dart throw appeal.
