The Tennessee Titans released defensive back Johnathan Joseph on Tuesday, a day after trading with the Los Angeles Chargers for cornerback Desmond King.
Joseph, 36, appeared in seven games (six starts) for the Titans this season, registering an interception, forced fumble and 28 tackles.
The 15-year veteran has 32 interceptions, eight forced fumbles and 783 tackles in 207 games in his career.
Tennessee also waived terminated the contract of long snapper Beau Brinkley, who has been with the Titans since 2012, playing in 135 games over nine seasons.
The Titans have veteran long snapper Matt Overton on their practice squad.
