Wasps have confirmed that Blues winger Frank Halai will move to the Ricoh Arena for the next Aviva Premiership season.
Halai, who has one cap for the All Blacks and was the top try-scorer in Super Rugby in 2013, rose to prominence with the New Zealand Sevens side before replicating his explosive form in the 15-man game. He is considered one of the most clinical finishers in the southern hemisphere.
Born in Tonga, Halai scored a try on his All Blacks debut against Japan in 2013. He made his Super Rugby debut for the Blues earlier that year, against the Hurricanes, and ended the season as the competition's leading try scorer.
The 26-year-old, who previously played for Waikato in the ITM Cup, has also represented New Zealand Sevens, scoring 30 tries in 33 games.
Wasps director of rugby Dai Young said: "Frank is incredibly strong and powerful, with great pace and he has already shown his potential through playing for the All Blacks.
"Being able to attract players of Frank's calibre, in their prime, is a reflection of the upward curve the club is following. "We have made no secret of our ambition to become a top four side and recruiting players of his ability will help us take another step towards achieving that goal in the coming seasons."
