The British & Irish Lions have beaten the All Blacks for the first time in 24 years after Owen Farrell kicked a 78th-minute penalty to give Warren Gatland's side a 24-21 win in Wellington.
The second Test will live long in the memory for Lions fans with their team given little chance of sending the series to a decider in Auckland next week.
But Warren Gatland's men took their opportunities and made the most of a numerical advantage after Sonny Bill Williams became the first All Black to be sent off in 50 years following a wreckless no arms tackle to the head of Anthony Watson.
Let's reflect on the defining moments of the second Test as they happened.
14' - Barrett wayward from the tee
There had been some testing opening exchanges with Alun Wyn Jones laying down a marker with a bruising tackle on Owen Franks. New Zealand have had limited opportunities before the Lions give away a penalty at the breakdown. Barrett hits the post with his first attempt, which set the tone for the night. The All Blacks fly half kicked seven goals from 10 attempts.
25' - Sonny Bill sees red
The moment of the game. Anthony Watson returns the ball into the All Blacks defensive line. Waisake Naholo makes the first contact before Sonny Bill Williams puts his right shoulder into Watson's face and the Bath winger falls backwards. The TMO is required, as referee Jerome Garces and his assistants Jaco Peyper and Romain Poite convene. Garces sees no option but to show red, saying "I have no choice, I need to protect the player. It's a direct charge at the head." Ngani Laumape comes on for his debut and Jerome Kaino makes way.
56' - Mako has a brain fade
Since the red card, the All Blacks have kicked a further five penalties to the Lions' two. It looks as if Warren Gatland's side are imploding, with Mako Vunipola the main culprit of the Lions' poor discipline. Moments earlier he took Barrett out late when he cleared downfield with a kick, now he's got the All Blacks fly-half off the ball at the ruck. Garces shows him yellow and all of a sudden it's 14 vs. 14 while the All Blacks push their lead out to nine points.
60' - Faletau finishes superbly
The Lions are vindicated after Vunipola's indiscretion as they attack from a lineout. Jonathan Sexton and Owen Farrell combine superbly in a wrap around move before silky hands from Liam Williams and Elliot Daly sets Anthony Watson free down the right edge. Sean O'Brien holds off three All Blacks players at the ruck before the Lions shift it back to the left. Farrell skip passes to Williams who gets it to Faletau on the left wing. The Wales No. 8 barges over Israel Dagg and scores in the corner and it's a four point game.
69' - Murray snipes to score
The All Blacks lead is back out to seven, but some fresh legs from the Lions bench has seen them charge into New Zealand territory. Sexton rewards Gatland for his surprise selection at fly-half with the most pristine of passes to put Jamie George through a massive hole. The Saracens hooker is brought down 10 metres from the line but the ball is right there for Conor Murray to attack. As he did in Chicago for Ireland, the Munster man snipes from the ruck, fends Ardie Savea and scores the Lions' second try. Farrell converts and we are level once more.
76' - Faumuina cops a tough penalty
It's back and forth with both sides going for broke. The Lions have just won possession back after a knock on by All Blacks debutant Ngani Laumpe. Murray ships a wobbly pass to Kyle Sinckler who has to hesitate, and jump to take the ball. Charlie Faumuina comes through and takes him out around his bootlaces. It looks worse than it is, but referee Garces sticks to the letter of the law and awards a penalty for tackling a player in the air, despite protests from Kieran Read. Owen Farrell shows no signs of nervousness and nails the long range penalty. The Lions hold onto their only lead of the game for victory.
