Torino have signed forward Adem Ljajic from Roma for €8.5 million while also adding midfielder Iago Falque on loan.
The Serie A clubs both announced the moves on Monday.
Serbia international Ljajic, 24, will play under Serbian coach Sinisa Mihajlovic after scoring three goals while on loan at Inter last season.
"After discussions with our Coach ] we spared no effort to buy Ljajic from Roma," Torino president Urbano Cairo said in a statement. "He was one of our first objectives, so we're pleased to add him to Mihajlovic's squad."

Roma revealed the transfer fee and said it could rise to €9 if conditions are met.
Falque, 26, joins on an initial loan with an option to make the deal permanent next season.
"I'm very happy," the former Juventus and Tottenham man said. "I can't wait to start this new experience.
"I'm ready to put myself at the disposal of the coach and my teammates and I hope to make a good contribution."
