Manchester City are set to sign centre-back Pablo Mari from Gimnastic de Tarragona, the Spanish club announced on Monday.
The 22-year-old former Mallorca man spent three seasons with the second division side, making 90 appearances in total for the club.
Gimnastic announced the move to Pep Guardiola's team in a statement posted on the club's official website, with reports in Spain stating he will be loaned to Girona for the 2016-17 season.

"We thank Pablo Mari for his commitment, discipline and hard work that he has contributed during these three years in the ranks of the first team," the statement said.
"Gimnastic de Tarragona wishes Mari good luck on a personal and professional level in his new team, Manchester City FC."
