Bundesliga side Hamburg have signed Brazilian Olympic gold medalist Douglas Santos from Brazilian club Atletico Mineiro on a five-year deal.
The agreement was reached shortly before the German transfer window closed on Wednesday. Santos had already passed a physical for the German club, Atletico Mineiro said in a statement.
Hamburg gave no details about the deal, but German media reports put the transfer at between €7-10 million ($7.79-11.13m).

Santos, a left-back, was in Brazil's squad that beat Germany in the Olympic final earlier this month in Rio de Janeiro.
He signed with Atletico Mineiro in 2014 and helped them to a state championship title in 2015.
His home club said they retain a portion of his rights should Hamburg decide to sell him to another club.
