ISL by the numbers - Eighty-two goals, 13 Indian scorers

82 - The number of goals scored after 39 matches this year, exactly the same that was scored at the same stage of the league in 2014. In 2015, there were 106 goals scored at this stage. In fact, the 39th match last season pitted FC Goa at home against Mumbai City FC, whom the hosts beat 7-0. That will be the 40th match this year.

47 - Raphael Augusto has the most tackles of any player this ISL, from 10 matches overall for Chennaiyin FC. Mumbai City FC's Lucian Goian (43) and Mohamed Sissoko (42) of FC Pune City are the only other players to have registered more than 40 tackles this year.

25 - The number of goals scored in the last eight matches, which is a rate of more than three goals per game. This has boosted the overall goals-per-match average to over two, with 82 goals scored in 39 matches.

14 - Chennaiyin FC's 2-0 win over FC Pune City now means home teams as well as away teams have exactly the same number of wins this season. There have been 11 drawn games in addition. Delhi Dynamos continue to remain the only team yet to lose a home game.

13 - The number of Indian goal scorers in ISL 2016, who have combined for a total of 20 goals. Chennaiyin FC have had the most with three -- Jeje Lalpekhlua, Jayesh Rane and Mehrajuddin Wadoo -- while Atletico de Kolkata are the only team yet to have a goal scored by an Indian player.

7 - The most number of goal scorers a single team has, a number shared by Chennaiyin FC and FC Pune City. While Chennaiyin have scored 12 goals as a team, Pune have only scored 8, with Anibal Zurdo the only player to scored more than once.

4 - The number of clean sheets maintained by Chennaiyin FC, all of which have been with Karanjit Singh in goal. Karanjit now has the maximum clean sheets for a goalkeeper this season, with Subrata Pal, Toni Doblas and Sandip Nandy each on three each.

3 - Chennaiyin FC's Jeje Lalpekhlua, CK Vineeth of Kerala Blasters and Delhi Dynamos winger Kean Lewis are the top scorers among Indian players this season, with three goals apiece. Milan Singh of Delhi is the only other Indian to have scored more than one goal.
