The Arizona Cardinals had four players named to the Pro Bowl. Here’s a look at who was selected:

SELECTIONS

Chandler Jones, LB, second Pro Bowl selection: Jones leads the NFL with 15 sacks and has been making a strong case for defensive player of the year. He’s shown a mix of power, speed and quickness that has helped him make up for the loss of the Cardinals’ leading sack man from last year, Markus Golden, all by himself.

Larry Fitzgerald, WR, eleventh Pro Bowl selection: The older Fitzgerald gets, the better he seems to be. He’s fourth in the NFL with 92 catches -- his third straight season with more than 90. He’s on pace for a third straight 100-catch year.

Budda Baker, ST, first Pro Bowl selection: The rookie has made a name for himself on special teams, especially in the last few games. He’s currently second in the NFL in special-teams tackles.

Patrick Peterson, CB, seventh Pro Bowl selection: Peterson has made the Pro Bowl in each of his seven seasons. This year has been one of his best despite not having the spectacular stats to show for it, but there’s a reason: Quarterbacks don’t throw his way.
