No Davante Adams, David Bakhtiari, Mike Daniels or any other Packers in Pro Bowl

The Green Bay Packers didn’t have a single player named to the Pro Bowl. It was the first time since 2013, when Aaron Rodgers also broke his collarbone, that they didn’t have anyone picked.

Here’s a look at the snubs:

Davante Adams, WR: It’s always tough competition at receiver, but Adams managed 10 touchdown catches, which ranks seconds in the NFL behind only DeAndre Hopkins, and Adams did that with Aaron Rodgers sidelined because of a broken collarbone for seven games.

David Bakhtiari, LT: A second-team All-Pro selection last season, Bakhtiari also went to the Pro Bowl last year as an alternate. Yes, he missed four games early in the season because of a hamstring injury, but he came back playing as well as he ever has. He was voted as an alternate but not a first alternate.

Mike Daniels, DT: This was his third time as a Pro Bowl alternate, this year as a first alternate so there’s a good chance he’ll end up getting a chance to play in the game. The Packers only other first alternate this year was fullback Aaron Ripkowski, but it’s hard to call him a snub since he has such a small role in the offense.
