Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff had a career day against the Vikings. He threw five touchdowns, completing TD passes of 8, 70, 19, 47 and 31 yards.
"We protected really well all night, did a good job of keeping me upright," said Goff, who had a career-high 465 yards passing. "Whenever that happens, we have a chance for the guys to get outside.
"That team is really good. We were lucky to come away with a win tonight."

Superlatives reached by Goff vs. the Vikings:
He is the third quarterback in the Super Bowl era with a perfect passer rating (158.3) on at least 30 passes (Kurt Warner in 2000 and Ken O'Brien in 1986).
His five passing TDs are tied for most in Rams history and most since Warner in 1999.
His 465 pass yards are the third most in Rams history behind 554 by Norm Van Brocklin (1951) and 509 by Vince Ferragamo (1982).
He is the first quarterback in NFL history with 350 passing yards and a 75 percent completion rate in three straight games.
