Lunatic-Hai, darling favorite in Season 1 of OGN Overwatch APEX, will face off against a team that had to requalify through the promotion series of the Challenger League: RunAway. A season has passed and the two teams have made drastic changes in Season 2, promising an exciting Best of 7 battle that will take place on April 8 for the first-place trophy.
The finals will be a rematch of the Season 2 quarterfinals group stage, where RunAway defeated Lunatic-Hai 3-2 and sent it into the loser's bracket. While LH won on both Oasis and Temple of Anubis, RunAway delivered LH its first and only losses on Eichenwald, Route 66 and Numbani. Getting this second chance against RunAway provides Lunatic-Hai a chance to redeem itself, not only in this matchup series but for the biggest prize of all: the championship title.

7. Assault/Escort map (excluding map chosen in second set)
With the finals being a best of 7, both teams need to bring their A-game on every type of map, from Control to Escort. Lunatic-Hai's weakness, however, is Escort (with a 1-2 record). While this sample size is smaller compared to other types of maps, this could be RunAway's chance to gain an advantage over LH as an Escort Map will be played on the fourth and sixth map of the set. If Lunatic-Hai aims to cover its weakness on these maps, it'll need to crush RunAway as early as possible, and not let the set extend to the sixth game.
One of the most anticipated matchups is between RunAway's Kim "Haksal" Kyo Jong and Lunatic-Hai's Lee "Whoru" Seung Joon. Both of these players are famous for their Genji play, and will be an important highlight to the finals, but that doesn't tell the whole story. Neither of these players will carry their teams on their backs, as the leading DPS (damage per second) player on any team can only succeed when the team works as a cohesive entity. Haksal is backed up by his co-DPS, Lee "Stitch" Choong Hui, who turned from overshadowed to lynchpin. Currently, teams that have a talented Tracer player are seeing lots of success and Stitch is not shy about getting in your face with her skillset.
Another exciting matchup in this series actually comes from the Tank position. The showdown between Lunatic-Hai's Gong "Miro" Jin-hyuk versus Ryu "KAISER" Sang Hoon from RunAway. Both players are exciting to watch, since most teams rely on solid tank players. Miro is considered to be the best Winston player in the competitive scene, able to push the hero to his limits. KAISER, on the other hand, is an absolute titan when it comes to Reinhardt players, as he has time and time again made game-changing plays on the hammer-wielding tank.
