JAN. 2
No. 17 Florida vs. Iowa (1 p.m., ABC)
McShay: C.J. Beathard, QB, Iowa. I love Beathard's toughness and intangibles. He has been tough to evaluate this season because of marginal pass protection and underwhelming WR talent. Beathard will be tested by a Florida defense that features five of my top-34 players (OLB Jarrad Davis, DT Caleb Brantley, CB Teez Tabor, CB Quincy Wilson and S Marcus Maye).
