News: 8 hours agoHyatt failed to draw a target while playing 12 of the Giants' 56 snaps on offense in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Commanders.

Spin: With Malik Nabers, Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton solidified as the Giants' starting wideout trio, Hyatt has been unable to make much of an impression in the box score through the first two weeks of the season. After failing to secure his lone target in the Giants' Week 1 loss to the Vikings, Hyatt didn't draw any looks from quarterback Daniel Jones in Week 2. Hyatt will likely need one of the aforementioned receivers to miss time before he handles a more meaningful snap count.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Hyatt played in all 17 games as a rookie, but the third-round pick from Tennessee did little damage on his 40 targets, scoring nary a touchdown. He did, however, average 16.2 yards when he managed to catch the football, which would have been a top-10 mark in the league with more volume, and three catches went for more than 40 yards. The Giants covet explosive playmakers and utilized their top draft pick on Malik Nabers, a future star. Hyatt has the skills to shine, but fantasy managers should not expect top-50 fantasy wide receiver numbers.
