Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa set for €30m Fulham switch - sources

Olympique de Marseille's Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa appears primed to sign for Fulham in a deadline-day move, according to reports in France.

RMC understand that the newly promoted side have made a €30 million bid for the 22-year-old as they look to bolster their midfield options ahead of the new campaign.

The source notes that an agreement has almost been reached between the two clubs, with Zambo Anguissa having agreed a five-year contract with the Cottagers.

He's set to pass his medical on Thursday, and would move to Craven Cottage as Fulham's second major Ligue 1 signing this summer following the arrival of Jean Michael Seri from OGC Nice.

Zambo Anguissa, who represented the Indomitable Lions at the 2017 Confederations Cup, would compete with the likes of Tom Cairney, Stefan Johansen and Kevin McDonald for a spot in the Londoners' midfield.

The youngster moved to France with Stade de Reims after beginning his career with Coton Sport, and signed for OM in 2015 after one year in the Champagne region.

Fulham begin their Premier League campaign at home against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
