ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills starting safety Taylor Rapp was ruled out of Sunday's divisional round game against the Baltimore Ravens because of a hip injury.
Rookie Cole Bishop replaced Rapp on defense.
Rapp came out of the game in the second quarter following a fumble recovery by defensive end Von Miller. Rapp did not go down on the field but went into the medical tent and eventually was taken to the locker room on a cart.
The veteran safety intercepted Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson on an overthrow in the first quarter. Rapp also had two tackles.
Bishop started four games this season.
The Bills' defense had success early against the Ravens, limiting Baltimore to 10 first-half points and generating two takeaways.
