          It's opening Sunday of the 2019 NFL season, and 30 out of 32 teams are 0-0 as the day kicks off. Stay tuned here for live updates, analysis, injury intel and much more. You can also keep track of live updated scores and the full Week 1 schedule.

          Chiefs 40, Jaguars 26

          Injuries:

          Nick Foles, QB, Jaguars. Foles was declared out for the game with a left shoulder injury, with Gardner Minshew taking over at QB. Foles was later spotted with his arm in a sling, and it has been revealed that he broke his clavicle and is out indefinitely. Foles will have surgery on Monday, and there is no timetable for his return. It is the same clavicle he fractured when he was sacked in a game against the Texans while playing with the Eagles in 2014.

          "We don't have a time span," Foles said. "We're going to take it one day at a time, just get the surgery done. ... I'm going to do everything I can to get back as quickly as I can so we're ready to roll." -- Mike DiRocco

          Tyreek Hill, WR, Chiefs. Hill has an injury involving his sternum and collarbone that could keep him out of the lineup for a portion of the season. Sammy Watkins stepped comfortably into the role of No. 1 receiver in Hill's absence in Jacksonville, catching nine passes for 198 yards and three TDs. Bigger roles loom for Demarcus Robinson and rookie Mecole Hardman. -- Adam Teicher

          Ronnie Harrison, S, Jaguars. Harrison injured his knee during the second half but returned to the field, though he did have to leave the game again. Expect him to be limited in practice this week. Cody Davis, who is a core special-teams player, is Harrison's backup on the depth chart, but six-year veteran Josh Robinson can play both corner and safety, and it's likely he would get more work there than Davis. Robinson also is one of the Jaguars' better special-teams players. -- Mike DiRocco

          Sammy Watkins talked on Friday about how he thought he was going to have his best NFL season. That remains to be seen but he's off to a pretty good start after his 68-yard catch on the Chiefs first drive. He took a short pass and outran defenders to the end zone.

          Injuries:

          Jimmy Smith, CB, Baltimore Ravens. Smith, the team's second-best corner, injured his right knee in the first quarter and didn't return. "It's not a season-ending injury, as far as we know right now," coach John Harbaugh said. "It does not look like that at all. I'm sure he'll get an MRI [Monday]. We'll just see if it's days or weeks. We'll know tomorrow after we get the MRI." Smith was replaced by Anthony Averett, a 2018 fourth-round pick who is physical but sometimes lets receivers get behind him. Cornerback is Baltimore's deepest position, but the Ravens are going to be tested after losing Smith and Tavon Young, who suffered a season-ending neck injury in training camp. -- Jamison Hensley

          Lamar Jackson posted a Total QBR of 99.4 today. That's the best Total QBR game since Joe Flacco in week 6 of 2014.

          Injuries:

          Chris Lindstrom, OG, Falcons. Lindstrom, the rookie first-round draft pick from Boston College, suffered a foot injury that kept him out for most of the second half in a season-opening loss to the Vikings. Coach Dan Quinn didn't have an immediate update, but Lindstrom's not returning after being listed as questionable wasn't exactly a good sign. Lindstrom is a significant piece of a rebuilt line that struggled out of the gate. If he misses significant time, the Falcons might have to turn to Wes Schweitzer, who started last season but struggled, which led the Falcons to add James Carpenter in free agency and Lindstrom via the draft. Another option at right guard could be free-agent addition Jamon Brown, but Brown was inactive Sunday because Quinn said his body of work didn't merit being activated. We'll see more on Lindstrom's status this week as the Falcons prepare for the Eagles. -- Vaughn McClure

          Mackensie Alexander, CB, Vikings. Alexander went down with an elbow injury ahead of the two-minute warning in the first half and did not return. Coach Mike Zimmer said Alexander will undergo an MRI on Monday to determine the severity of his injury. While Alexander was sidelined, safety Jayron Kearse played his "big nickel" role, replacing Alexander in the slot as the fifth defensive back. Should Alexander be forced to miss time, Minnesota will continue to utilize Kearse heavily while its two rookie cornerbacks -- Kris Boyd and Mark Fields -- serve as backups on the outside. -- Courtney Cronin

          Highlights:

          What will hopefully be the first of many connections: It's Matt Ryan to Julio Jones for a late score:

          Jets inactives: OT Chuma Edoga, DT Foley Fatukasi, DE John Franklin-Myers, DB Bennett Jackson, DE Kyle Phillips, RB Bilal Powell, DE Nathan Shepherd

          Injuries:

          C.J. Mosley, ILB, Jets. Mosley pulled a groin muscle while defending a pass late in the third quarter. The team wouldn't give a prognosis, and it would be a huge blow to lose him for any length of time. Neville Hewitt became the "Mike" 'backer in Mosley's stead, with rookie Blake Cashman coming off the bench to take Hewitt's spot as the weak-inside linebacker. -- Rich Cimini

          Quinnen Williams, DT, Jets. The Jets' No. 1 pick suffered an ankle injury in the second half and was limited to 23 snaps. The team declined to provide a prognosis. Williams (zero tackles) was a nonfactor in his debut, but he's still an important player. If he's sidelined, they'd probably have to use Nathan Shepherd or Foloruno Fatukasi (both healthy scratches) in their defensive-line rotation. -- Rich Cimini

          Taron Johnson, CB, Bills. The Bills starting nickelback left the game with a hamstring injury and told ESPN after the game that he felt a pop while he was running. Johnson will get an MRI back in Buffalo; in the meantime, Siran Neal will transition from "big nickel" to "full-time nickel." However, there's no depth behind Neal if Johnson misses time -- expect Buffalo to reach out to Captain Munnerlyn, whom the team released during final cuts and who previously played under Sean McDermott in Carolina. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques

          New Jets PK Kaare Vedvik is a train wreck. He missed a PAT and missed from 45 yards, costing the Jets four points in a 6-0 game. This is what happens when you pick up a kicker on waivers in Week 1. Blame the front office (past and present) for screwing up the entire kicking situation.

          Le'Veon Bell became the fastest player in NFL history to reach 8,000 yards from scrimmage. Bell did it in the first quarter of his 63rd game. Eric Dickerson did it in 64 games.

          Kendall Lamm, OT, Browns. Lamm replaced Greg Robinson at left tackle after Robinson was ejected for kicking Titans safety Kenny Vaccaro in the head. But on the ensuing possession, Lamm suffered a knee injury while QB Baker Mayfield was being sacked for a safety. As long as Robinson isn't suspended, he'll be back to man left tackle while Lamm recovers. But Cleveland's offensive line depth will take a hit for as long as Lamm is out. -- Jake Trotter

          Dontrell Hilliard, RB, Browns. Hilliard suffered a concussion against the Titans and will be out until he clears concussion protocol. The Browns traded Duke Johnson Jr. before the season, in part because they believed Hilliard could be a viable stopgap behind Nick Chubb until Kareem Hunt returns from his eight-game suspension. Instead, the Browns will have to turn to D'Ernest Johnson -- whom they signed out of the AAF after the league folded earlier this year -- to be that stopgap, at least until Hilliard comes back. -- Jake Trotter

Further testing is ahead to determine the severity. Tim Jernigan would elevate into the starting spot alongside Fletcher Cox if Jackson were to miss time. -- Tim McManus

          Will Dissly, TE, Seahawks. Dissly left the Seahawks' opener and didn't return after taking a hit to his right knee, the same one in which he suffered a torn patellar tendon that ended his 2018 rookie season. Pete Carroll didn't have much of an update on the injury -- "We've got to see what that means," he said -- but Dissly was seen walking around in the locker room postgame. He's a starter and a player Seattle's offense cannot afford to lose, especially with veteran Ed Dickson on IR and several weeks from being eligible to return. -- Brady Henderson

          Injuries:

          Tevin Coleman, RB, 49ers. Coleman departed Sunday's win against the Buccaneers in the first half with an ankle injury and was quickly ruled out for the rest of the game. Afterward, coach Kyle Shanahan didn't have a deeper diagnosis but said he was concerned about it and indicated that Coleman could miss further game action. Coleman will have further tests done tomorrow, but it wouldn't be a surprise if he missed a bit of time. In the meantime, the Niners have Matt Breida and Raheem Mostert to fill the void. That duo struggled early and finished with a combined 25 touches for 77 yards, though they contributed some key first-down runs late. Expect Breida to be the starter, with Mostert getting plenty of work if Coleman is out for a bit. If the diagnosis is worse than expected, Jeff Wilson Jr. could be called up from the practice squad to provide insurance. -- Nick Wagoner
